Seattle

Seattle was my first stop when I did the West Coast USA tour last March. The plan was I would explore Seattle for few days then continue traveling all the way down until San Diego, but seriously who knew after a month exploring the West Coast I would continue traveling across continents, made it to more than 10 countries for 203 days now on the road. That's insane. Seattle is obviously more than just about a beautiful, clean, very well-organized city with the backdrop of Mount Rainier. Easy access to get around the city helped me to explore Pike's Market ( I tried their famous clam chowder, mac 'n cheese...it was delicious ! ) ,the first ever Starbucks store, Seattle's world famous Space Needle, Capitol Hill and Ballard Locks. I found Starbucks Reserve Roastery & Tasting Room at 1124 Pike St was something different and unique to experience if you're a big fan of coffee, unfortunately i didn't make it to Boeing Tour but 4 days exploring Seattle was an amazing experience overall that I would recommend to anyone planning to hit the West Coast soon.

Looking back on today, I still couldn't believe I've come so far. When I arrived in Florida last year, I told myself I would do the West Coast trip one day, experience how it feels like waking up in different cities, traveling with Amtrak, hiking in Grand Canyon, and of course Las Vegas has been on my bucket list for a while. Even though it's going to be a very expensive trip but I had so much fun so far and the whole experience just priceless. There's something about walking by myself on empty streets, or spend a night at train station - ended up chatting for hours with strangers, long walk on the beach, chasing the sunset, reunite with friends and meet new people, I feel so alive to be on the road.
Stay tuned on the blog for more photos, videos and stories from West Coast USA, Europe and Asia.

Special Thanks to Vieda & Marko Djuliarso, Melissa and Nadine for the whole Seattle experience :)
